We’re cruising now. Would love to play the Expos all season. Eisenreich was a double shy of hitting for the cycle, going 4 for 6 with three RBIs and scoring two runs. Jackson had one bad inning giving up two runs, but shut them out the rest of the way going the distance.

Another easy victory. Schilling was scoreless through seven before giving up a solo homer, ending the team streak at 25 2/3 innings. Once again the damage was done by hitting in bunches and no homeruns.

An old fashioned whoopin! Greene threw a two hit shut-out, which was kind if wasted since we put up thirteen runs! Everyone had at least one RBI, even Greene, though only Daulton didn’t get a hit. Only one run from a homer by Dykstra. Shaw couldn’t make it out of the first inning. Need more boring games like this one.

Well the offense is slumping. Only managed to muster one run and that was part in thanks to an error by Kent, and even then could only score on a sac fly. But thanks to a gem of a game by Mulholland, that’s all we needed.

Got some really unlucky rolls. Offense wasn’t great, but had a two run lead in the eighth with two outs. Four straight base-hits and a throwing error tied it up sending us to extra innings. Nothing happened until the twelfth when freaking Bonilla hit’s a walk-off two run homer. I finally make some time to start playing again and this is what I have to deal with? Blah.
